Can not log into My Sky app after switching from Sky Q to Sky Stream

Since switching from Q to stream I can no longer log into the My Sky App. It accepts my user name and password but then asks for my postcode and then the 2 figures from my credit card for which I placed my last order. Although I put in the correct 2 digits it replies in red writting it is not you it is us please try later. Been like this a couple of weeks. Intesretingly I get the same via the web site but I can ignore that message to get the info, but it is much easier (normaly) to check my account on the app especaily data used on mobile plan etc.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
