Booted out of the MySky App and now can't log in to App or My Sky via website

I was logged into the MySky app on my iPhone (latest Op system installed) - then was suddenly logged out and can't log back in.

Tried to log in to the Website to view my account - can't log in there either, I go around in circles entering my username and password to be taken back to the log in page.

 

HELP!

yep - randomly can now log in - very odd, wondering if there was a maintenance window that we didn't know about!

Possibly as I was hit with a technical error when going to access the app on two devices this morning but both are now working, either that or there was an error with it which has now been fixed.
