I am trying to help my mum sort her sky tv products out. However when we click on the 'Your Products' section in My Sky or the TV drop down menu both through Sky.com on laptop, it keeps coming up with a blue loading circle followed by a blank screen. I have tried accessing information through Safari, IE, Chrome and Firefox.
We're at a loss at how to resolve this.
Many thanks in advance for any ideas.

Hello,
when I try to access My Products on My Sky web pages, I am always getting an empty screen. I tried on Firefox, Edge and Chrome web browsers. Trying in private mode too, but the result is the same. I tried the My Sky mobile app, empty page is there too 😞
Any idea what happened to me and what I can do, please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI see the same so I think this will be something that Sky needs to fix as the same is happeing on the MySky app.

Hi. I can't cureently view or hange my sky tv package on the app or website. I get the loading wheel followed by a blank white screen. Is this a temporary issue? TIA.

I'm also getting the blank screen. Click manage SIM, then to settings and then to click on parental controls but when I you click settings, the page goes grey. Tried to access in all modes and alas, to no avail.
Sky your total pants, failing your guarantee, failing simple services, high price for rip off services.... Bout time we boycotted these massive companies
