Same here - getting all thes "You don't want to miss" emails and "head on over to the My SkyApp" prompts but the app on my iPhone still a blank screen, and it has been weeks like this. Have left a one star review against the App as have many others in the past weeks.

And the Sky prices still go up.......

Nope!   Still a big fat zero on this ... and Sky still doesn't have the decency to do anything or communicate with me.  

do any of you use Twitter?  I don't use it but understand complaining on there seems to be more effective than other routes.

Dear Both

 

I'm sorry to say I find your actions/notes telling us that it's been flagged to be patronising, unhelpful and a waste  of time. 

 

 It may  have been but clearly either not a priority, or it's a massive issue hard to fix  ... either way we should get some feedback and compensation for the missed opportunities/offers and the poor service

I was pointing out that Sky are aware there is a fault as I wasn't sure tyou had seen the post. I am seeing the same as well so they will be working on a fix but like anything else that needs fixing you will have to wait until this has been done.

 

If you believe you should get compensation for the app not working then that is up to you to contact Sky about it.

Mine still not resolved! Nothing from sky either.. I too get the emails to check out my sky.. but it's not working!

I made a complaint to sky yesterday and it was closed after a few hours with the following "resolution"

 

1. Restart the app

 

Launch the app again to see if the problem's fixed.

 

2. Restart the device.

 

Launch the app again to see if the problem's fixed.

 

3. Uninstall the app.

 

Uninstalling the app means any downloads will be lost.

 

Clear the cache and cookie from your device

 

4. Reinstall the app

 

Launch the app again to see if the problem's fixed.

 

I've advised them that none of the above works so will see what they come back with. Ironically they ended the email by telling me I can manage my account by logging into the My Sky App 😂😂 I think we're going to be waiting a while for a fix as nobody seems to have a clue what they're doing.

It would  be funny if it weren't actually a slight "breach of contract" possibly even a form of fraud to be offering us deals and rewards for loyalty that we can't actually access !  Please all you legal eagles don't give me a lecture about my amateur assessment- I know the loyalty scheme is not contractual.  However,  telling me I have it and not letting me use (or even see it) through no fault of my own is at best extremely poor customer experience and at worst downright disrespectful

Just had a message from the developers a fix has been issued. And they seem to be right. I downloaded again from the App Store and it is now all up and running

My iPhone and iPad showing the infamous blank screen on loading MySky app. Was ok earlier today but has happened this evening. Tried repowering both devices and deleting/reinstalling  app on both devices, blah blah.. but still a blank screen.

Ref. last post -, attempted to access via safari web browser and got a message saying systems are being updated, which may indicate why the app was showing the blank screen

I also have the same issue, have deleted and re-installed the app. restarted iphone. Nothing is working. I need the app to manage our mobile contract please sort this ASAP.

AND the same is happening when I try and log into the mobile section of My Sky on the website. Can see it briefly but then everything disappears and goes white. Argh.
