The adviser offered to activate the vouchers & said I would receive an email. I did receive an email with a £15 voucher but I should have received vouchers to the value of £30 - which was to be 2 x £15 vouchers.

I've got the time/date of the conversation I had with Sky about my new deal when it was confirmed I would received £30 via 2 vouchers . I received 2 seperate emails asking me to login to Sky rewards & get the vouchers.

Thanks for that - Doen & hopefully the voucher issue is now sorted. It seems the adviser I conversed with before cliamed one of the vouchers on my behalf but not both..

yes i keep getting the same message - my 90 days will soon be up and i wont be able to claim them
