I have had a couple of emails confirming I need to claim my Tesco vouchers through My Sky.
I can logon no problem but when I click on to "Sky VIP & Rewards" I keep getting the message:
"Whoops, there's been an error. Sorry but we are having technical difficulties. Unfortunately, we have not been able to process your request."
I've tried to access numerous times yesterday & today but keep getting the same message.
Can anyone help?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have followed the advice given but am still getting the same error message.

Trued again todaay - PC, laptop & phone. I am still getting the same message.
When conversing with the Sky represeantaive I was tild it should be fine by yesterday but nothing has changed.
I'm getting very frustrated by this now!
