Accessing Netflix on another device

Hi

We've recently added Netflix (the basic version) to our sky package. Does anyone know why I can't access it from another device. Since I'm new to it I created an account on the TV app. However the Netflix app on my phone doesn't recognise my email, it says it doesn't exist?!
