Mysky App says not aiuthorised on this server.
MySky app keeps throwing error messages saying I am not authorised on this server. It does this intermitently,especially with trying to a cess bils and payments, trying to accept new contracts and just about anything else I click on.

My sky app
Hey, anybody else having trouble accessing their vill through the my sky app?
I've tried uninstalling app, but still no joy? Keep getting 'access denied' message?

Also getting access denied trying to review my sim plan and statement for days ,have cleared data in settings, wifi on, WiFi off,no vpn installed by me ?.
For some reason the answer here has been marked as a van issue but I'm not using one to my knowledge ?
