Every time I log into My Sky app on my phone it is telling me that the page is restricted and I don't have any sky products and I am not registered at my address. Why is this?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I had a similar problem. I joined Sky by purchasing an broadband plus TV package. I created an account on "MySky" and created a "SkyID". Both in the mobile app and on the website, I received error codes when I tried to use functions other than "my details". The solution was the "SkyGo" app. After the first login, I received an email thanking me for email confirmation (which I already did once when setting up SkyID). After using the skygo app once, I had access to all the features on the MySky website and mobile app.
