Can some one help.
This is the message I get when I try to get into mysky app you dont have permission to access"http://agg.oogway.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.html" on this server

Disconnect the VPN and try the MySky app again. There are certain apps/services from Sky that won't work on VPNs.

Are you using a VPN on your mobile ?

Thank you I have now disabled VPN and can access mysky now.
