Sky are simply in denial. I have sent 6 emails explaining the problem. I have told them I have cleared the cache, that I've unistalled the app and reinstalled, people are complaining and every other possible answer, yet I have received replies from 6 different agents basically saying the same thing.
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled (yes!), we need your details under the data protection act (no you don't), we need to phone you (no you don't), what device is it on (irrelevant) 

They just cannot accept its a glitch on their software, it's nothing to do with the hardware!

The agents are reading from a script and the issue is NOT getting through to the developers.

Yes I can fast forward to go live but why shoukd I have to????

Yes. It is ridículous. I actually have to fast forward twice to get it to work, and get about 8 or 9 minutes of ads before I get the live stream. Of course they could fix it, they just can't be bothered to do so.
