Whether you are a Sky or non-Sky customer, if you are a new ITV Box Office customer, the only way to buy the event is to visit

New ITV Box Office customers

As a new ITV Box Office customer, when purchasing the event, you will need your viewing card number to complete the order. You can obtain this on a Sky+ HD box by pressing “Services” on your remote and going to Settings > System Details. On a Sky Q box this information can be found under the Settings Menu > System Information. We do not recommend you take your viewing card out of your box as the card must be in the box at the time of purchase for it to be completed. This event can be viewed on Sky Q mini boxes.

Please note that new ITV Box Office customers are not able to purchase the event via the red button on the Sky remote.

Existing ITV Box Office customers

If you are already a registered customer with ITV Box Office and have purchased a previous event on ITV Box Office, you will be able to purchase the event using Box Office on your Sky remote.

Please note that if you emailed ITV to opt out of your billing details being stored, you will need to complete the registration and purchase journey again at and you will not be able to buy the event via the Sky remote.

Only bookings via the Sky TV remote are recordable using Sky+ and Sky Q.  Any booking made via ITV Box Office’s website will not be recordable.
