Occupation: Courtesan
Alias: The White Worm
Traits: Loyal, strategic, cunning.
Family: Unknown, mysterious arrival to Westeros from Lys.
Famous quote: “There is no power, but what the people allow you to take.”
After her journey to Westeros from Lys, Mysaria established herself as a courtesan and dancing girl in Kings Landing. Her background and hardships meant she would prove to be a cunning individual who would ensure her own safety and wellbeing above all else.
Within her time as a courtesan, she became well acquainted with Daemon Targaryen. The two became lovers and would spend time together in the night. Mysaria’s loyalty to Daemon was prominent, she would allow the Prince to confide in her and would help him in his schemes and future plans.
This relationship would become rocky after Daemon, without Mysaria’s knowledge, would falsely announce to the court that they were with child and were therefore engaged to be married.
Dance of the Dragons
Wanting to establish herself as a force to be reckoned with, Mysaria uses her skills as an informant and her connections around Kings Landing to kidnap Prince, and known future King, Aegon II. This bold move would destabilase the Green house and their plans for the future.
As members of the council come to bargain for the Prince to be given back, Mysaria uses this as a chance to tell Otto Hightower, the King's Hand, that she should be remembered as the reason the King Aegon sits upon the Iron Throne. This strategic move was one that would allow her power and influence. She also uses this opportunity to make changes within King's Landing, such as the treatment of those around her; she requests that guards should take action and stop looking the other way as people are mistreated.
Mysaria’s actions, skills and connections establish her influential role within the upcoming war, along with the courts knowledge that she ‘allowed’ the new King to remain alive long enough to sit upon the throne.
