To turns off whenever it feels like it. Reported to sky a few times, promised callbacks. None!

To stays on 10 mins maybe 20 if your lucky a couple of hours. Just goes off when it wants so reported to sky a few times they say it's common and will be back to me with a fix? They never call back. Meantime I pay all this money for a tv with a mind of its own. Soooo many pit falls and sky appear to simply not care as long as I pay the bill. Any answer? Not that I should have to look in a forum given the tv is a month old but seems to be on par with the service from sky.

If it s known issue that's related to a software bug unfortunately Sky won't call you back as they will be unable to call every single customer that is affected when they roll out a fix. What becomes a bit more complicated if that they roll the updates in batches so a small number of customers get the updates at a time.

if you TV is unusable rather than reporting the issue you should phone Sky and demand that they send a replacement TV as this one is clearly faulty. Partyif you have reported the issue and they still haven't fixed it.
