Went to turn the TV on there was red light but wouldn't turn on switched it off by the wall waiting 15 minutes first and then turned plug back on and now there's no red light , changed the fuse still no power ordered new cable still no power anyone else have any other solutions or has this happened to them I've only had the tv less then a month

How long after replugging did you wait? It may have been updating. Wait 10-15 mins and the red light should reappear.

Thanks for the reply , I recently changed Internet providers and haven't been home since the change when this has happened so will it still update I didn't manage to change the Internet on the TV before this happened

when you changed internet provider did you get a new router/hub? If so, have you linked your Glass to the new router? If not then it won't update but you should get a "no internet" message.

Yes a new hub and haven't been able to change it as the TV won't turn on ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ellie5045 talk to Sky and they should talk you through a hardware recovery which msy work if it doesnt they will replace the set.

Yes in does that but everytime we go out we have too doo this , it wont turn on with the remote, this cant be right

Hi every time we go out sky glass switches off with a flashing red light coming on, when we try too switch on with remote it wont work

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Taz712023 If you go into your settings and then Start up & Standby you can switch off the Auto-standby when n motion detected option. This will at least stop it turning off when you go out.

I have noticed of late that my Sky Glass won't respond to the remote control when off. There is a subdued red light which blinks but the screen won't come on.
My resolve is to unplug for 10 seconds. This usually resets the TV and remote communication. However, the unresponsiveness is becoming more frequent.
Sky, please diagnose the problem and provide a solution.
