im tryig to order the sky glass tv but at the end of ordering im gettting ive encountered a techincal error.
please can someone help

I suspect you may need to call Sky to order another Sky Glass against the same Sky account.
The online ordering system goes wrong a lot if you already have a TV service with Sky.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

No but we do in the house have sky glass already just wanted to get another one for a different room

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@waller1 as advised by @MarkGoldsmith you will need to phone Sky as you already have an account. If you have a spare TV it would be much cheaper to go down the route of getting a Stream puck.
In addition to another Glass or Puck you will also need a Whole Home subscription (if you don't already have one).
