Puck issues with Sonos Arc Soundbar

Daft question.. what is that and what does it do? Do I plug the sky hdmi into that and then into the Tv?

The issue was fixed for me on QS013 dot something. Im now on QS022.009.00P

Admittedly I've not tried without the adaptor for a good few months, I'll try unplugging the adaptor between my Punk/TV and see if the problem returns.
