Amongst the many issues I'm facing with the puck the one that has been giving me the most frustration is ever since I've had the puck connected in my setup It is causing my TV (LG OLED65C9PLA) to lose connection with my Sonos arc soundbar. In a nutshell with the puck connected to my TV it causes the TV to lose connection with the Sonos arc and sound plays via the onboard TV speakers. After troubleshooting with Sonos support and removing everything else in my setup we identified that only when the puck is connected do I get the problem. Anybody else with a Sonos arc soundbar having similar issues?

I have the Arc connected to my Sky Glass TV. I also have the Puck connected to my OLEDB8 and Sonos Beam Gen 2 with no issues either.

I have a beam gen 2 with one surrounds and no problems at all from the puck.
i do have the puck on Ethernet and not WiFi I also have my LG C1 on Ethernet too.
I'll check all my TV setting this evening and take pictures for you if you think it would help ?

Please that would be really helpful I'm certain it's related to the puck as, as soon as it's removed from the chain I don't have the problem, however it's not convenient to have to plug the sky puck in via HDMI every time to get around this issue

Thanks for taking the time to post your settings, however I note with your settings you wouldn't be getting dolby atmos from the beam?
I have my puck set to passthrough

I have this same issue but running the beam gen 2, I have sky glass in the kids playroom and use a puck in the lounge via multi room, the lounge puck is wifi and I have no option to Ethernet it, it's mega annoying, when the puck is connected all my devices (sky, PS5 and switch) all come through the tv, as soon as puck removed from hdmi the sound comes through the sonos again has anyone found a solution?

I have the puck, LG OLED C1 and Sonos Arc.
I've noticed that with pass through enabled, I don't get ATMOS from Netflix etc.
I leave it to Auto and get ATMOS whenever its available.

I'm still having the issue, I have both a beam gen2 on my office TV and an arc in the living room (both being used with puck's) and whenever they are connected it causes the TV's to switch to the onboard audio. Both TV's are LG OLED's a 48CX in the office which doubles as my PC monitor and a C9 in the living room. I can switch back to the soundbar/HDMI eARC setting on the TV and it will work fine for a while via the soundbar however it will always revert back to using the TV's onboard speakers. Most frustrating is this also happens when watching another source, say my Apple TV or PS5/Xbox if the Puck is connected the TV will intermittently switch to using the TV speakers. If I disconnect the Puck's I do not experience this problem, I also only started to experience this since my SKY Q silver was replaced with the box, leading me to believe this issue is caused by the Puck. I'm really hoping a firmware update for the Puck's will resolve this issue.

I have just set mine to pass through and it seems to be working at the moment, I have zero confidence in it staying that way tbh

Hi - i'm facing the same issues. to solve it i have to disconnect the puck and restart my tv.
Usually happens if i'm switching my tv on and the puck at the same time.
Does anyone know whether a fix is coming? or whether there is something in the settings?

Still having the same problem here, I have tried various settings on the puck all to no avail. The only thing that stops this from happening is disconnecting the puck which is obviously not practical. I'm hopeful this can be fixed by way of a firmware update to the puck but given the plethora of other issues who knows how long it will take!
