Issues connecting my sky stream remote to my new tv

I bought a new TV yesterday (Hisense). I could connect my remote to the tv so it could control the sound and power however it suddenly stopped working after 10 minutes. 

Now I cannot connect my remote to the tv at all. I can still use it for the sky stream , I just have to use the normal remote to volume and power 

I have already tried disconnecting and reconnecting it using 1&3 several times but it still will not connect
