We are all customers here and have no insight in to channels and content, however unless it is a Sky owned channel, Sky have no control over the content either (although they may share the ultimate parent company).
Channels regularly change and update their programming, unfortunately contacting the channel is difficult as their contact details aren't online and their Twitter account hasn't been updated and their websites have gone.

With the subject title, presumably you were looking for Movies 24? The usual, non-Christmas, Hallmark movies will return after its annual festive rebrand. It becomes Christmas 24 every year @simoneclapham87

Yeah it becomes Christmas 24 at the end of October to the end of December before it switches back and then it once again becomes Christmas 24 for the month of July for some reason.
