We are all customers here and have no insight in to channels and content, however unless it is a Sky owned channel, Sky have no control over the content either (although they may share the ultimate parent company).
Channels regularly change and update their programming, unfortunately contacting the channel is difficult as their contact details aren't online and their Twitter account hasn't been updated and their websites have gone.

Hello I am watching a channel I used to watch when I had sky at my old address but am not seeing any of the programs I had back then
With the subject title, presumably you were looking for Movies 24? The usual, non-Christmas, Hallmark movies will return after its annual festive rebrand. It becomes Christmas 24 every year @simoneclapham87
