However, the channels I want (itv 2, itv3, itv4) don't come up on those codes on the Q box, others do but not them. 

Any other ideas? It was working fine last week

Would really appreciate advice on adding ITV channels on SkyQ box, With the changeover from my old sky box I have lost all manually added channels and I have no clue how to add or if it is even possible to do so

Press Home. Go down to settings. 

You’ll see Maunal Tuning. Go into it and enter your pin.

Add a channel.

enter frequency etc and click find channels.
