Ive tried to log into my yahoo email address with sky for the last 3 months.
all i get is
"
We apologise for the inconvenience, but we have encountered a problem with your account.
Please contact {insert sky phone number here} for further assistance."
ive called and no one seems to be able to help since there is no error code my sky account log in works but not my mail ive tried several devices and several browsers
microsoft, firefox, chrome
on phone tablet laptop and my new laptop ive deleted and downloaded the yahoo mail app and tried in the gmail app and outlook app
any help is appreciated

Find out moreThis does happen as this happened to me a few years back, only have the 3rd phone call did I get my access back as I was also blocked from accessing my account so are you able to access your online Sky account via here or are you presented with the same error:
