sky yahoo email-inbox not updating and settings options not responding

Sky Yahoo email Inbox just stopped receiving new messages since 15/8/23 and tried to look at settings but nothing responding, just this message:'unable to load your preferences at this moment due to a temporary error. Try again'.

I have re-logged in, tried a different browser, tried iphone and desktop,cleared cache/history and restarted laptop but nothing works.

Can't try anything in settings as the options not responding.

If you go here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

Click on your name at the top right of the page, can you then access your email account via the Yahoo email link ?

Good idea but, sadly, didn't work. Inbox still ends on 15/8/23.

Are you able to ckeck these settings:

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Thanks but when I get into 'More settings', the options on left side are unresponsive and just get this message:
