sky.com emails keep disappearing from my Microsoft outllook?
Every time I log onto my sky.com email address through the Microsoft Outlook package. The inbox is empty...then emails download...then they disappear again as well as my subfolders?? Half an hour later they start re-appearing including the emails I have moved to the deleted items box! What is going on please? I have important in my sub-folders. It is not happing with my yahoo.com email address or others so the fault does not seem to be with the Outlook software. Help please.

It must be a syncing glitch of some kind, then. I don't know whether that would be a server or an Outlook issue. Other Community members may be able to shed some light on it The saving grace is that it's all ok on the server.
