I keep getting the above error when using outlook 2019 when check my sky email.

how do i resolve this issue

Including uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook, and setting up your account again? As the article suggests, you might need to contact Microsoft Office support.

Meanwhile you can send and receive emails via sky.com, using your browser.

It may be that some Outlook files are corrupt, you could try a repair.
