Hi I have just changed phone and having problems with my sky email. I access my emails through the email app. when I receive an email I don't get any notification or sound unless I go to the email app and swipe down. I have checked all my notification settings and they seem to be ok. I asked someone to send me a test to my sky email and my Gmail- the Gmail came thru immediately, with a notification but nothing to the sky email. After 10mins I went to email app, swiped and then it showed. any ideas why this is happening?
