my sky yahoo email has been hacked

My sky email has been hacked , my contacts are getting messages asking for random things and saying i have a sore throat. I@m not very technical and not up to speed with all the computer jargon can someone help me please

The first thing to do, urgently, if you haven't already done so is change your password: https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/skycom

After that, go to Settings, then More Settings, Filters and remove anything you haven't set up. You'll need to do this either on a PC or on a mobile device's 'desktop mode'.
