This is a long shot so might not work but have a read of this:

If it does work and they are restored it might be an idea to not store your emails in the inbox but set up separate folders for them.

Are you logging in using your browser via Sky.com? If so, they're probably gone for good, I'm afraid - one of Yahoo's regularly reported glitches is to lose emails from the Inbox.

 

You could try this utility, but it may not work as it's intended for Yahoo Mail, not Sky Yahoo Mail: https://uk.help.yahoo.com/kb/account/recover-lost-deleted-emails-sln2552.html
