mark sent emails with prove of teceived and read icon

when sending emails would like to know if I can tell when they have opened it

Unfortunately, not. So far as I'm aware, only the Outlook mail client can request a receipt but  the recipient's permission is still required.

Even if you do this via Outlook the recipient has the option to decline the read request.
