Just don't log in and it will automatically be deleted after a while. Or you could call Sky and ask for it to be deleted - but beware that might be a painful process, as it appears that few advisers are familiar with what needs to be done.

If you don't want to use your email account anymore then don't login to it then after about 6 months Sky will contact you about it and if you still don't login to it then they will delete it.
