Port:	993 (for IMAP) or 995 (for POP3)
Outgoing Mail Server:	smtp.tools.sky.com
Security Type:	SSL
Port:	465

For the password did you generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of the usual password it uses, you can you can generate the 16 digit password here:

If you're using Apple's standard email app, it's known to have intermittent problems which may be the cause of this.
