emails not being received from a sender I haven't blocked.
Up until April, I regularly received emails from a sender and now none get through. I checked and double checked my blocked sender list and I have not accidently added them.
Can someone advise on how to solve this please.

Does the sender get an 'undeliverable' failure message?
