email received saying i have cancelled my sky yahoo emails which I have not!!

. I have received an email from someone saying that i have cancelled my sky yahoo mail , but i haven't, is it a scam email.?

Very likely. Does,the email contain any links - for example so that ypu can confirm that you wish or don't wish to cancel?

If there is a link in the email that is wants you to click then this will be a scam email as it wouldn't be sent by Sky.

 

You say it says Yahoo but do you actually have a Yahoo or Sky email account ?
