downloading messages and pictures in my inbox

Hi I am having problems opening email contenet sent to my inbox. When recieving an email into my inbox many of them refuse to "download message and pictures" the download dots scroll at top of opened mail but the message will not download, have left the download for hours with no joy.

Pleased advise actons to enable the reading of recieved emails in my inbox.

Hi I am using Neither! 

I am able to access and read full messages in"My sky" the message wont download in my usual Mail box.

I have changed nothing and this has been happening more often, strangely not with all messages

And what is your usual Mail box?

If I go straight to Sky login I am able to read all mails

My usual default is via Yahoo!

Pain going into Sky direct so used to going straight into Yahoo mailbox as defaul.
