certain emails do not go to my inbox but to the Unread box and these do NOT go to my mobile at all

My mobile used to activate when I spent on PayPal or Uber.  Now these emails go to my Unread bo on my PC but never show on my mobile..  It's a problem because when I'm out I like to see any activity involving cash/activity.

Hi

Lookd through your 'chats' regarding this problem but they all failed to find an answer.

My problem is excatly the same as the user was having on his emails.  also if you open one of these emails to read, it then disappears!!

I did have my email compromised and the problem started after that.  I have changed my passwords and the specific emails that go to the Unread box are relevant to those who compromised my email account ie PayPal and Uber.

I have tried to change filters but could only manage to cancel all filters yet the problem persists.

Unless you have an answer I will have to try Sky

Regards

Is there anything under this setting;

Yes, an email in your Unread folder will disappear once you've opened it, because it's no longer unread. The original, however (Unreads are just a copy) should still be in your Inbox if you've no filters set up. The fact that emails from particular senders are shown in the Unread folder but not in the Inbox does suggest that there's still a filter lurking sending emails received from those senders elsewhere. You would need to be using online access to Sky Yahoo Mail via sky.com to check for filters, not an email app or client.

Also, whilst they are in unread, they should also show the actual folder they are in, jayach_0-1733595046266.png
