cant log in to email on my pc

When I try to log in to www.sky.com to access emails usually i can a pop up box asking for log in details. now the box doesnt appear so i cantlog in. any ideas?

Close all open sky.com web pages, and clear your browser cache. Then try again.

Close all open sky.com web pages, and clear your browser cache. Then try again.
