can any body tell me why it takes a full day to sign into yahoo emails asks for extra security time

i am unable to access my yahoo  it asks for extra clearence then it goes back to password then back to more security clearence

Not without more detail. I assume you mean Sky Yahoo Mail. How are you trying to access it? Via Sky.com? Or an app or client? What extra clearance and security clearance are you being asked to provide? What's happening that requires a full day to allow access?

Not without more detail. I assume you mean Sky Yahoo Mail. How are you trying to access it? Via Sky.com? Or an app or client? What extra clearance and security clearance are you being asked to provide? What's happening that requires a full day to allow access?

has this been resolved yet?

as i am getting stuck in a loop when trying to sign in to Yahoo account and also trying to get my yahoo account to register on my Outlok App, it worked previously but not just loops as per pic attached.

so frustrating as my gmail and microsoft email accounts are all fine just my Yahoo which is my main email used and also for my Sky account.😡yahoo sign in problems.jpg

The image can't be shown as it contained your email address so feel free to popst it with this blanked out.

 

You say this your Yahoo adddress but you appeared to be signed into it with your Sky email address so have you tried loging out of it first and then seeing if you could get logged in with your Yahoo one.
