Hi my employer which is a small company all of a sudden can not send me any emails. They receive mine but when they tried to reply or even start a new email to me I am not receiving it. They are not blocked by me and I have checked spam etc. They say the fault is my end. ? All my other emails from else where are coming through fine. Any ideas whats going on. Thanks .

What domain are the emails sent from (the bit after the '@' in their email address)?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you checked your Spam/Junk and Deleted/Trash folders in case they've ended up there? Other than that, it seems from some previous posts here that Sky do block emails from some domains, most notably Outlook/Hotmail which is why I asked where they're being sent from.
Perhaps the engineer will get to the bottom of it.
