When I send emails my name comes up as SKY.(Service Team) and not my name or my email address. Why is this and how can I change it?

That is a rather suspicious error, almost as if your account may have been used for phishing emails.
As well as correcting the name, check all the other settings for possible changes and change your password, just in case. https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/email
