When sending an email to someone it shows up in their emails as from mail servce and not my email address, so in most cases these are being deleted wrongly

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Your name, if you make a change here then scroll down to save.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf that setting has been changed, it's likely your account has been compromised, so change your password https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/email and then check these settings also:
Go into Sky|Yahoo mail (preferably on a desktop browser, not a mobile) go to Settings - More settings - Filters and remove any you find there.
Also check under Settings - More settings - Mailboxes, select your Sky mailbox and check the Reply-to address hasn't been changed.
