When sending emails it comes up from mail service and not my email as it should

When sending an email to someone it shows up in their emails as from mail servce and not my email address, so in most cases these are being deleted wrongly

@Woodies

If you are using the website to send your emails then have a look at your sending name:

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Your name, if you make a change here then scroll down to save.

If that setting has been changed, it's likely your account has been compromised, so change your password https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/email and then check these settings also:

Go into Sky|Yahoo mail (preferably on a desktop browser, not a mobile) go to Settings - More settings - Filters and remove any you find there.

Also check under Settings - More settings - Mailboxes, select your Sky mailbox and check the Reply-to address hasn't been changed.
