The surname that comes up as having sent an email from me is spelt wrong so I keep getting people responding to my emails calling me by the wrong name. Any idea how I can change the spelling of my surname on the sent email? It's only been recently and I have no idea how it's got the wrong spelling as it never asked me!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are logging into the Sky website to access your emails then go to Settings > More settings > mailbxes > select your email account > your name.
You should be able to change it via the your name box so when you do remember to save the change before you exit.

Thanks for your message. When I log in to m sky account it has my surname spelled correctly. There is nowhere at that point to log in to settings so I selected email and it comes up with settings but then no option for more settings, just manage account etc which has no options for changing my name spelling.

The 'more settings' link is at the bottom of the Settings popup, BUT it's only visible if you're using a desktop or laptop pc, or if you use 'desktop mode' on a mobile device.

Hi, well I use the app on my phone to acces my emails but I tried opening the website on my phone to see if I could access anything there, but there's nothing.

Your laptop should display the site in desktop mode so you shouldn't need to do anything after loggin in to see these options.
