We’ve made some updates to Sky Yahoo Email recently that'll continue to deliver a secure and safe

We’ve made some updates to Sky Yahoo Email recently that'll continue to deliver a secure and reliable service with improved performance and usability. These changes allow us to stay up-to-date and support the latest software.

Not all of our customers will see the changes at the same time. However, we recommend you to update your email to the latest software version to ensure you stay up-to-date

@Saxonmoe  The email you received is a scam email, the link (which has been removed) would take you to site not run by Sky in an effort to obtain personal details.

Any updates to Yahoo email would always take place in the background and a user would never need to login to update their account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I suspect this is a scam. Does the email refer to you by name or a generic Dear User/Dear Customer?
If you hover the mouse cursor over the link does it point to a genuine Sky website? Also check the from address - I bet it isn't Sky.com

Virginia.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.

@Saxonmoe

This is why it is a scam as any updates will be down by Sky/Yahoo in the background without you needing to do anything.
