Using an app or client to access your emails?

If you're having trouble setting up your app or client or you are no longer able to send and receive emails you may need to make a change to your password.

 

If the client or app does not meet modern security standards we may ask you to generate a special 16 character password to enter alongside your login credentials. 

 

Please read this article and click on the "Generate a new app password and update your settings" link. You will be guided through the process of generating the 16 digit pass and setting up your email client with it.
