Undeliverable as full message given on emails sent to my email address

Whenever someone sends an email to me they receive an "Undelivered due to full mail box" message, despite me receiving the email.

also the email address noted within the message is completely different to mine?

 

anyone have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

Have a look to see if a filter has been sent up to also send your emails to another account (this address you do not recognise), you can do this by logging into your online email account here:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

 

Go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your Sky email account > Reply to email address, if anything listed here then remove it. Also go to Mailboxes > Filters and again remove anything you do not recognise.

 

If you have had to do either of these then I would change your email account password which you can do here:
