I suddenly had email access blocked on my phone. Every time I try to sign in I get the message that it has expired & can't get any further. I use this every day & had the account for years & can access on my IPad so the account is clearly still active. Can anyone help please.

If clearing your browser cache doesn't fix it, can you tell us exactly what the message says - and specifically what has expired?

Hi Mark,
Thank you for your reply. I had previously cleared cache & browser history & checked the browser was chrome as it was showing as Samsung. That still didn't work.
The message says "access to this mailbox has expired. Simply sign in again to see new emails & send messages" I click continue then it goes to choose account screen. When I choose account it says Yahoo wants to access your Google account. When I click allow, it goes back to the continue page, just keeps going in a loop.

I'd logged on earlier the same day then it just stopped working. That was wednesay

That's not going to make much difference to an app.
So what app are you using? Could you try with a different one, such as Outlook?
Possibly uninstall the app you are using, and reinstall it.

And have you tried with another app such as Outlook?
The error message is definitely an unusual one, so do you still have access via the web here?
