Since last Saturday 17/08/24, I have been unable to sign into my Sky Yahoo email (or my Sky account in general) via MS Edge . I've used Edge as my default PC browser for ages and never had this particular problem before. After I enter the verification code, I get a white screen with a strange one line coding text saying "Control character in cookie value or attribute". I can still sign in if I switch browser to Chrome but not happy about that as a permanent solution. I also tried accessing my sky email via my outlook app but it won't let me add the sky yahoo email account, just keeps asking me to sign into Yahoo which takes me back to the same "coding" text screen. Has anyone else had this issue? and/or any fixes? I am not all techie. I have messaged SKY Help on X earlier this morning but so far no reply.
