Unable to login to Sky/Yahoo email with Google Chrome, but I can with Edge

I appear to be unable to sign in to my Sky Yahoo email account on my new HP laptop when I use my usual browser (Chrome), but I can when I sign in via Edge. When I try to sign in with Chrome I end up in a loop where the system keeps trying to sign me in but cannot. 
I have cleared the cache in Chrome but that has not made a difference. Grateful for any more thoughts on what I might do next to allow me to use Chrome to get into my emails.

Do you have any extensions installed via Chrome, if so try disabling them all to see what happens and if you can then get logged in then try enabling the extensions by one to see which one is causing the login issue.
