Unable to create an app password to enable Outlook to link to Yahoo mail

It's likely you are generating it for the wrong Sky account.

Log in here with your email address: https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details and scroll down to "Sky Yahoo Mail access" and generate it from there.

If you can't get it to work after referring to Sky's help here, I suggest you speak to Sky directly. Or use a different client. It certainly worked for me.

How exactly didn't it work? Just saying didn't work gives us nothing to go on.

The generated passwords definately work with Outlook 365, so there must be something else wrong.

Are you using the copy and paste to copy into Outlook where your password goes, if so what is not working ?

It definitely does, so either you're not following the instructions correctly, @neilla, or there's some previously unknown issue with your Sky Yahoo Mail account.
