Not been able to log into my sky email for a considerable amount of time - getting the message below

Please contact (number stated) for further assistance.
Have spoken to the people at Sky on the phone number that is quoted and not getting anywhere
Can anyone help please

They said that they couldn't see anything wrong with it - it all appeared to be as it should be. Not been able to get into it for approx 6 weeks. I had decided to just not bother but I have realised I do need to access it

Find out moreAs strange as this sounds the fact you get the same message on that link is actually good news because what you need to do it to call that number and tell them that your online Sky account has been locked, do not mention email because as you have found out you will get no where with this. If you manage to get to talk to someone who can unlock it you should find that you can also access your email account as well.
I'm not sure what number you used so if you haven't try this one:
