@JZW  It is a scam email, do not click on any links.  There is no such thing as an upgrade taking place.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That is a classic scam so mark the email as spam and do the same should you receive anymore and don't click on the link within it.
